By the by...I'm watching the Leafs game (presently 1-1 after 2 with the Rangers) and there's this ad for War of the Worlds claiming it to be "Tom Cruise's best performance" -ok, while I didn't see this movie, I was fortunate enough to catch a crappy Cam-corder viewing of it while in Ios, Greece this past summer at a pub. Ya, that's right they do viewings - come in for some Gyros, stay for the pirated movie. Anyhoo, amidst all the screaming and loud noise in the film - Cruise, mainly mute in those scenes was far from his best. You want his best?? Look up Maverick in Top Gun, or a personal favourite (that's right - FAVOURITE not FAVORITE you bloody yanks!) COLE TRICKLE in Days of Thunder.
Raptors suck. BIG TIME. Any tall 6"10 Euro-trash loitering about in our fair city - I hear there are some try outs next week.
